Rachel + Stewart | Cromlix, Dunblane Cathedral and Strathallan Games Park, Bridge of Allan

The marriage of Rachel and Stewart was an extraordinary affair, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Dunblane Cathedral on a sun-drenched May 5th, 2023.

As the videographer for their momentous day, I was privileged to witness and immortalise every nuance of their love story, collaborating seamlessly with the uber talented photographer, Karolina Kotkiewicz.

From the serene morning preparations at Cromlix, where Rachel was transformed into a vision of elegance by the deft hands of Emma Louise and Heather Niblo, to the poignant ceremony conducted by Minister Colin Renwick. Rachel's radiant presence as she glided down the aisle, resplendent in her bridal finery, evoked a collective gasp of awe from the assembled guests, marking the inception of a union destined for eternity.

The reception that ensued was a jubilant celebration of love and companionship, characterised by heartfelt speeches, infectious laughter, and soul-stirring musical performances by the WooHoo Band. Against the backdrop of Bloom Room's exquisite floral arrangements, Rachel and Stewart shared their first dance as husband and wife, their hearts beating in perfect synchrony to the melodious strains of "You've Got The Love," a moment etched in time forevermore.

Throughout the day, my lens captured a kaleidoscope of emotions: the nervous anticipation, the unabashed joy, the tender moments of affection shared between the newlyweds. Each frame encapsulated a fleeting instant of bliss, weaving together a tapestry of memories that would endure the ravages of time.

We feel so lucky to have had such; talented, kind and creative individuals capturing our Big Day.

Stewart and I's goal when planning our wedding was to fill it with fun, and endless laughs with a relaxing feel for us and our guests.

Austin and Alex managed this with ease, every detail and special moment was captured perfectly.
